If we are our own worst enemies, then what does a defeat or a win look like? What aspect of us can be our enemy?

The aspect of me that is my worst enemy is the part of me that gives into any of the deadly sins. However, the best part of me also adheres to one or many of the deadly sins.

What is one to do in identifying the enemy within you? What is one to do in identifying the best parts of you that has this enemy within you?
